    Nice staff and brand new hotel! Everything is clean and functional which is kinda normal in fact...

    Location is really poor : the hotel is located in an old industrial zone that takes a second breath : new hotel, shopping mall,... Can be very nice and modern in 2-5 years from now. Good hotel to stay 1 night or for business man. There is still no restaurant in the hotel itself (just a bar and snacks). The price of the breakfast is not included in the price of the room...

    Hotel is new so everything works ;-)

    Free internet is available but only wired. Wifi is available only in the reception area. The area still needs to develop. As such there is a shopping center and a very old factory next to the hotel, but that's it. Do not go there for the vibrant night life.

    The bathroom, it had bad smell and also the towels were bad smelling.

    It was a nice and comfortable hotel which is very close to the concert hall.

    The breakfast was expensive (15€).
